Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi in all our serviced accommodation. Wi-Fi details are provided when you book.

Yes, most of our accommodation has allocated parking however this is indicated on our listings on the website. For those without parking street parking is available nearby.

No parties are allowed in all our accommodation and guests will be asked to leave immediately if this happens with no refunds.

Yes, you can extend your stay depending on availability. If you need to do so please contact us as soon as possible with your request so we can reserve the accommodation for you.

You can contact us by phone, messaging or email and we will let you know what availability we have. Alternatively, you can look on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com or Airbnb for availability. However, booking directly with us save you on charges from the OTAs.

Self-check-in is available in all our accommodations. We have key lock boxes and key lock numbers will be provided once booking has been confirmed.

We do not allow pets unless they are guide dogs however this should be discussed with staff at Anderstone SA prior to booking.

No. The credit/debit card details provided are used as a security deposit against incidental expenses that may occur during your stay.
